Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: Culver City, California, United States; hybrid work with on-site presence, or relocation to the Los Angeles metro area

Annual base salary: $113,000–$168,000 USD for candidates in California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.

What you will do

• Own operating expense month-end close, accruals, reclasses, headcount reconciliation, purchase orders, Workday approvals, and travel and expense visibility.
• Build automated workflows, reporting, and dashboards across close, planning, reporting, and approvals, applying AI where it improves efficiency.
• Act as the primary finance business partner for the MONOPOLY GO! Engineering organization, supporting spending, headcount, and planning.
• Partner with People & Talent, Business Operations, Customer Support, and QA to collect budget inputs and explain operating expense variances.
• Maintain reliable revenue, cost, and workforce-planning models for leadership reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of finance or analytical experience, ideally in FP&A or finance at a technology or high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience with planning, forecasting, variance analysis, financial close, and reporting.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, and large-dataset skills.
• Experience automating manual finance or reporting processes and interest in applying AI to practical workflows.
• Reliable delivery on recurring, high-volume work and clear communication with non-finance partners.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles metro area and able to work on-site/hybrid.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery, SQL, Python, AI tools, Oracle, Workday, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• An undergraduate degree in engineering.
• A demonstrated automation or finance tool project.
• Interest in games, consumer products, or technology-driven businesses.
