Location: In-office at 2154 W Madison St, Chicago, Illinois 60612, United States

Base salary: $49,500–$82,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Support branch operations while following policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Must work in the Chicago branch office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable banking regulations.
