Supply Chain Manager (EV Automotive)

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Lead demand and supply planning for electric two-wheelers, batteries, swap stations, spare parts, and accessories.
• Manage vehicle supply from order planning and importation through customs clearance, warehousing, PDI, allocation, and delivery.
• Coordinate battery and swap-station requirements, serialized asset records, storage, allocation, safety, and compliance.
• Manage warehouse, PDI, inventory, stocktaking, working-capital, valuation, and reconciliation activities.
• Oversee international and domestic logistics, customs documentation, freight costs, transportation damage, and insurance claims.
• Manage suppliers and logistics providers while developing service levels, KPIs, SOPs, controls, reporting, and supply chain systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7–10 years of relevant supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong experience in demand and supply planning, logistics, importation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Experience managing logistics providers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, warehouse, or supply-planning systems, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills; on-site work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, electric vehicles, motorcycles, mobility, batteries, energy infrastructure, or consumer durables.
• Experience managing serialized or high-value assets and lithium-ion battery transportation, storage, and handling.
• Experience supporting dealer, retail, distributor, or after-sales networks.
• Experience establishing supply chain operations for a new business or product launch.
