Loan Processor / Broker Assistant (Mortgage)

Location: Remote, based in Metro Manila, Philippines; AU working hours (dayshift)

hirify.global supports a finance and mortgage broking business based in Kogarah, NSW, serving clients across Australia through the Finsure aggregator network and a panel of more than 40 lenders.

What you will do

• Prepare and lodge lender pricing requests and order and track property valuations.
• Enter and maintain client and loan data in Apply Online (AOL).
• Pre-fill templated loan submissions for review, sign-off, and lodgement.
• Track applications, follow up on outstanding conditions and documents, and move files toward approval and settlement.
• Communicate with Australian clients, lenders, valuers, and other stakeholders to resolve blockers.
• Maintain organised records and support client outreach and general administration.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Apply Online (AOL) for residential loan submissions.
• Solid end-to-end understanding of the Australian residential mortgage process, including pricing requests and valuations.
• Excellent spoken and written English for direct communication with Australian clients, lenders, and valuers.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to prepare accurate templated loan submissions and independently manage files, documentation, and escalation of blockers.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with an Australian mortgage broker.
• Experience with the Finsure aggregator network or a similar platform.
• Early experience with para-broking, serviceability assessment, or Quickli deal structuring.
