What you will do

• Process residential and retail loan applications, including more complex applications.
• Obtain required documentation, order credit verifications and third-party services, and follow up on missing information.
• Verify loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, review, and compile closing packages, disclosures, compliance records, and accounting reports.
• Schedule and coordinate loan closings, clear loans for disbursement, and review pre-closing and post-closing documents.
• Assist customers with moderately complex inquiries and escalate more complex issues when needed.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 7–12 months of general work experience.
• Knowledge of basic commercial and retail loan processing, banking, finance, financial markets, and financial products.
• Working knowledge of retail banking disclosures and regulations, preferably TRID and Regulation Z.
• Ability to interpret loan application documents and policies, perform basic calculations, and prepare accurate records and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple detailed assignments, communicate effectively, work independently and collaboratively, and provide calm, professional customer service.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States.
