Home Equity Closer (Fintech)

Location: Remote within hirify.global's states of operation in the United States; fully remote work is supported, with an in-person headquarters in Palo Alto, California.

Annual base salary: $53,200–$58,800 for Tier 2 markets and $48,450–$53,550 for Tier 3 U.S. metro areas.

What you will do

• Complete file quality control reviews of title reports, tax certificates, mortgage and HOA billing statements, payoff statements, ALTA settlement statements, vesting deeds, and identification documents.
• Issue closing disclosures to homeowners.
• Coordinate signing aphirify.globalments with homeowners and title and escrow vendors.
• Discuss hirify.global Option agreements, including repayment, key terms, and funding timelines.
• Manage a high-volume closing pipeline while maintaining accurate documentation and resolving issues at the appropriate level of detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. mortgage closing, processing, escrow, or a similar role; refinance experience is preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service experience and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for managing stakeholder interactions.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and general technical fluency in a paperless environment.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global's listed states of operation in the United States.
