Legal Solutions Attorney (AI)

hirify.global develops AI-powered productivity tools for in-house legal teams, including contract review, matter management, legal research, drafting, and workflow automation.

What you will do

• Create prompts, playbooks, agents, automations, sample workflows, and documents for contracting, counseling, and governance.
• Partner with in-house legal teams to understand contract review, negotiation, counseling, compliance, and management workflows.
• Design practical AI solutions and support customers after launch in partnership with Customer Success.
• Lead customer and internal GTM workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of AI in legal work.
• Partner with Sales as a legal subject matter expert through tailored pitches and product demonstrations.
• Share customer insights with Product and Engineering and use hirify.global internally to improve guidance and product direction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practicing law experience, including at least 1 year in-house, in legal operations, or in legal solutions supporting in-house teams.
• Hands-on use and implementation of AI for legal work, with strong interest in continued learning.
• Experience with legal technology tools such as CLM, automation, or other legal software.
• Ability to learn quickly, think critically, apply knowledge creatively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent client-facing, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or teaching training programs, workshops, or courses.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation.
• Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech adoption.
• Interest in community building and knowledge sharing.
