What you will do
- Draft, review, and redline technology contracts.
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations involving MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
- Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
- Develop objective criteria for assessing AI performance.
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.
- Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
- Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
