Contracts Attorney (Legal AI)

What you will do

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations for redlines and contract revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment while ensuring accurate legal writing.

Requirements

• Active U.S. bar admission and a J.D. from an accredited law school are required.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, legal writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
