Corporate Transactions Attorney (Legal AI)

What you will do

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts in simulated exercises.
• Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective criteria for assessing AI performance.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 2 years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Experience with standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs.
• Strong contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
