Quality Engineer

What you will do

• Represent the quality organization in new product development projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and products.
• Analyze returned-goods data and trends and support return-goods technicians.
• Provide supplier quality support for new parts, assemblies, improvements, and corrective actions.
• Inspect components and products for conformance, develop inspection instructions, and procure inspection equipment.
• Conduct system audits, continuous-improvement meetings, and quality reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an associate degree and relevant technical experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience as a quality professional with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of current quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience with supplier quality, returns analysis, customer complaints, inspections, and corrective actions.
