Rapid Repair Technician

What you will do

• Repair and service company products according to prescribed procedures and work instructions.
• Read repair orders, parts schematics, manuals, and use SAP to support repair activities.
• Diagnose tools through complete function tests and identify operating difficulties.
• Disassemble units, solder components, and replace worn or defective parts.
• Record parts used and provide information for billing and warranty records.
• Report defective materials and operational irregularities while confirming completed repairs through final function testing.

Requirements

• Mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work with hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; team lifts are required for heavier items, and work may involve varying temperatures.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of electrical and/or mechanical repair experience.
• Skill and comfort working with at least two tool categories.
