What you will do

• Manage end-to-end material flow, including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, line feeding, staging, packing, and shipment readiness.
• Ensure material availability at the point of use and resolve shortages, delays, and internal logistics constraints affecting production.
• Oversee warehouse operations, layout, dock activities, space utilization, inventory transactions, and cycle counting.
• Coordinate finished-goods staging, packing, dock execution, and shipment priorities with Logistics & Transportation.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement, standard work, 5S, visual management, root-cause analysis, and warehouse KPI performance.
• Lead warehouse supervisors, material handlers, inventory staff, and shipping and receiving personnel while maintaining staffing, accountability, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of warehouse, materials, or internal logistics experience in a manufacturing environment, including people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, material flow, and shipping and receiving.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, inventory transaction discipline, and performance or KPI management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, with working knowledge of Lean principles.
• Ability to follow EHS and safety requirements in a manufacturing facility.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering-to-order or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience improving warehouse layouts, material flow, or point-of-use delivery systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent logistics process improvement experience.
