Senior Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 5–8 clients or one enterprise account covering 110–130 properties.
• Own client strategy, retention, expansion, and relationship health across complex accounts.
• Lead quarterly business outlooks with market and portfolio analysis and data-backed recommendations.
• Oversee cross-channel strategies covering paid search, paid social, SEO, organic social, geofencing, display, reputation management, email, and native advertising.
• Lead departmental initiatives, process improvements, case studies, and success stories.
• Mentor Account Managers and Coordinators and partner with Product and Development on Fiona adoption, feedback, bugs, and feature improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles managing high-volume portfolios.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including paid search, paid social, display, and geofencing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment and delivering measurable client portfolio growth.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with demonstrated success developing others.
• Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews or equivalent executive-level client presentations.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives from initiation through completion.

• Experience in multifamily, senior living, or student housing.
