Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Location: Fully remote, preferred location South Africa; working hours 9 am to 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 3,500–4,000 per month

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, lead status calls, and maintain CRM records.
• Handle client questions and requests, troubleshoot issues, and support long-term retention.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and feedback across internal and external stakeholders.
• Own monthly email and call reporting, translating SEO, PPC, social media, and call-tracking KPIs into clear insights through BI dashboards.
• Review client work for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency before delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities, shape marketing strategies with sales representatives, and present recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a related role.
• Fluent English in both oral and written communication.
• Strong client communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRMs, project-management tools, and industry-standard software.
• Strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong project-management abilities.
• Ability to work remotely from the preferred South Africa location during 9 am to 5 pm EST hours.
