About the Role

You will lead engineers while remaining hands-on with code, infrastructure, and system design. You will build and maintain reliable services, improve monitoring and performance, conduct code reviews, resolve technical issues, and collaborate on new features. You will also support capacity planning and continuously improve development practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Rust, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, network security, and VPNs.
• Knowledge of encryption, firewall management, and vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable code and build monitoring systems.
• Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and improve development processes.
• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for services and products.
• Develop scalable software solutions and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers on new features.
• Contribute to system design, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Develop solutions by analyzing information needs, system flow, and work processes.
• Stay current with software development trends.
