Senior DevOps Lead (Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead DevOps engineers supporting multiple application and platform teams.
• Define enterprise DevOps standards, governance, deployment, release management, rollback, and disaster recovery processes.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Architect and automate Azure and AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM Templates.
• Lead Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and operational management for containerized applications.
• Drive monitoring, observability, incident management, root cause analysis, platform reliability, mentoring, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• 3+ years leading DevOps teams or enterprise platform engineering initiatives.
• Strong experience with Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM Templates.
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, Linux administration, networking, security controls, and cloud governance.

Nice to have

• Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Terraform certifications.
• Enterprise consulting, professional services, or managed services experience.
• Experience supporting regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or professional services.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled DevOps, AIOps, and platform engineering practices.
