Transformation Lead (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the Cincinnati, Ohio office. Candidates must be US citizens or valid Green Card holders.

What you will do

• Lead complex technology integration and separation programs from Day 1 readiness through transition, stabilization, and steady-state operations.
• Develop end-to-end workplans covering Day 1 execution, 30/60/90-day milestones, synergy realization, Transition Service Agreement design, transition, and exit.
• Establish program governance through steering committees, RAID management, change control, executive decision forums, and dependency management.
• Coordinate cutovers, stabilization activities, and business readiness while maintaining operational continuity, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage TSA performance, including service delivery, SLA adherence, issue remediation, billing, accruals, invoicing, and financial true-ups.
• Track business cases, synergies, TSA economics, KPIs, OKRs, and variance analyses, while identifying risks and presenting mitigation options to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in technology transformation, corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external vendors or partners.
• US citizenship or a valid Green Card is required.
• Availability to work from the Cincinnati office three days per week is required.
