Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) | Naples

Location: Florida, United States; on-site retail store role

Compensation: Hourly base pay plus up to 3% commission on individual sales, with the opportunity to earn up to 4% based on store sales performance.

What you will do

• Deliver personalized styling and selling experiences while converting store traffic and achieving individual sales goals.
• Build and manage an active client book through outreach, follow-up, community engagement, and in-store events.
• Lead the sales floor by setting priorities, organizing coverage, mentoring Sales Associates, and providing real-time coaching.
• Support floor sets, visual updates, merchandise presentation, and a clean, client-ready store environment.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, open and close the store, and follow key-control, cash-handling, and security procedures.
• Support inventory management, loss prevention, cash accuracy, and daily operational priorities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
• Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, styling, and clienteling skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support others with authenticity and respect.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening or closing shifts.
• Ability to operate a computer and cash register and perform physical duties including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous keyholder, senior sales, or retail leadership experience.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion, styling, and clienteling.
