What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, and individualized team development.
• Provide feedback and guidance, hold employees accountable, and enforce company and store procedures.
• Mentor the team on clienteling, support customer relationships, and provide HR and conflict-resolution assistance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, communication, collaboration, and people-management skills.
• Ability to provide direct feedback, develop employees, build effective teams, and drive results.
