Transaction Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid, four days in the office at the Etobicoke, Ontario office; applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in Canada.

Salary: CAD 79,833–92,500 per annum.

What you will do

• Act as the direct contact between hirify.global and clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage lease transactions and tenant representations with support from senior brokers.
• Analyze hundreds of client leases and prepare written summaries to support business decisions.
• Complete cash flow analyses using Excel and review client lease portfolios.
• Review, recommend, and negotiate commercial real estate lease terms.
• Support RFP and proposal responses related to transaction management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of transaction management or coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Valid real estate license.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
