TL;DR
Global Supply Chain Manager, OSAT (AI Hardware): Managing OSAT partnerships and backend manufacturing execution for high-performance AI systems, from wafer-out through final shipment, with an accent on advanced packaging, multi-die products, substrate sourcing, and supply continuity. Focus on coordinating qualification builds and yield ramps, negotiating supplier costs and capacity, and resolving quality, logistics, and production risks across North American and Asia-Pacific operations.
Location: Based in or near Toronto, Taiwan, or Austin, with regular travel to Taiwan and other Asia-based partner sites (approximately 25–30%). Effective collaboration across North American and Asia-Pacific time zones is required.
Compensation: $100,000–$500,000 annually, including base and variable compensation targets.

What you will do
- Lead OSAT supplier relationships, QBRs, KPI reviews, escalations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate engineering builds, qualification lots, process readiness, yield ramps, demand, capacity, materials, and production schedules.
- Manage backend operations including bumping, assembly, burn-in, final test, and system-level test for advanced packaging and multi-die products.
- Own substrate and critical-material sourcing, including capacity, pricing, tooling, lead-time risk, and high-density substrate requirements for HBM and AI compute products.
- Resolve supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks while establishing reliable OSAT data, KPIs, and processes for analytics and automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of OSAT workflows, including flip-chip, wire bond, and wafer-level packaging, with experience working with Taiwan-based OSAT partners.
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements, pricing, tooling, and NRE costs across technical, commercial, and operational issues.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, PLM systems, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work near Toronto, Taiwan, or Austin and travel regularly to Taiwan and other Asia-based partner sites.
