Trade Show Inventory & Systems Manager (Inventory Systems/Trade Show Operations): Implementing and optimizing a company-wide inventory system for trade show assets, client properties, exhibits, and event equipment with an accent on operational workflows, data quality, and cross-functional system adoption. Focus on translating warehouse and operations requirements into system improvements, reconciling physical inventory with records, and scaling processes across multiple locations.
Location: Dayton, New Jersey, United States; North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Preference for candidates who can commute to offices in Las Vegas, Addison, Illinois, Dayton, New Jersey, or Oakville, Canada. Travel throughout the United States and Canada may be required.

What you will do
- Implement, refine, and optimize the company-wide inventory system based on operational needs and user feedback.
- Translate warehouse, operations, and inventory requirements into clear system requirements for IT and software developers.
- Prepare, cleanse, import, organize, migrate, and reconcile inventory data using Excel and the inventory platform.
- Manage processes for company-owned inventory, client properties, trade show assets, equipment, reusable components, and materials.
- Support physical inventories, cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, transfers, returns, testing, rollout, training, and stabilization.
- Partner with warehouse, operations, project management, production, finance, IT, and development teams to improve system adoption and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, asset management, logistics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in trade shows, exhibits, experiential marketing, live events, or a similar industry.
- Experience with trade show inventory, client properties, event assets, equipment, and show-specific inventory requirements.
- Experience using and improving an inventory management system in a real-world operational environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, communication, collaboration, and requirements translation skills, including the ability to work with IT and software developers.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability and willingness to travel throughout the United States and Canada as needed.
