Warehouse Management Trainee

Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; onsite warehouse role

Salary: CAD 70,000–85,000 per year, with significant growth and earning potential

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational program covering warehouse operations management.
• Gain hands-on experience across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
• Develop management practices that support accuracy, safety, and performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during the rotations.
• Work one of two available schedules: Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m., or Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 p.m.–5 a.m.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, teamwork, and the ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
