Salary: CAD 80,000–85,000 per year.

What you will do
- Manage a network of Service Providers and ensure contractual performance and service standards are met or exceeded.
- Identify performance and quality improvement priorities through regular reviews and improvement action planning.
- Lead community engagement and integration with existing services.
- Provide support, capacity building, practical advice, and access to best-practice forums for Service Providers.
- Maintain auditable contract management records and evidence compliance with governance, information security, and data protection requirements.
- Manage revenue, operational, and job seeker expenditures while collaborating with the WCG Operational Team on performance strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive strategic leadership and contract management experience in Employment Services.
- Home office based near Toronto, with flexibility to work at different locations and travel regularly.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check.
- Experience managing provider performance, service standards, and continuous quality improvement.
- Ability to maintain governance and audit documentation and manage operational finances.
Nice to have
- Bilingual French and English.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in leadership or business/management.
