Associate VP, Services Procurement (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $184,800–$254,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise strategies for contingent workforce, outsourcing, offshoring, consulting, and clinical services.
• Advise Insurance and Corporate Services leaders on operating models, workforce strategy, sourcing, and make-or-buy decisions.
• Develop rigorous business cases covering costs, productivity, implementation, transition, risk, retained organizations, and benefit realization.
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations and design rate-card, milestone, managed-service, outcome-based, gainshare, and hybrid commercial models.
• Build governance for suppliers, external labor, consulting services, clinical services, transitions, performance, and value realization.
• Lead and develop procurement professionals while embedding analytics, automation, and AI into procurement operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, global business services, business process outsourcing, workforce solutions, consulting, supplier management, or related commercial leadership.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience building and transforming high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in contingent workforce, outsourcing, offshoring, consulting, managed services, business process services, or clinical services.
• Experience designing or sourcing global business services models, including retained-organization design, service placement, transitions, and provider governance.
• Demonstrated success leading complex services portfolios, executive transformations, high-value negotiations, and measurable enterprise-value initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Fortune 500, healthcare, insurance, highly regulated, or similarly complex enterprise.
• Experience with large-scale outsourcing, offshoring, shared services, managed service providers, direct sourcing, or external workforce analytics.
• Experience applying analytics, AI, automation, process mining, or digital tools to services strategy and transformation.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
