Bilingual Connecticut Medicaid & ACA Coverage Advisor (Medicaid/ACA)

Location: Remote from Connecticut, United States; primarily supports patients during Eastern Time.

Salary: $28/hour plus $15 per eligible, approved, compliant ACA enrollment and full-time employee benefits.

hirify.global is building a licensed coverage distribution function connected to its patient base, clinic relationships, application workflows, and coverage-support operations.

What you will do

• Support approved Connecticut Medicaid/HUSKY renewal, redetermination, coverage-loss, denial, document, and portal-navigation workflows.
• Identify independently established coverage-transition pathways and route patients to the appropriate workflow.
• Educate patients on Marketplace options and complete compliant ACA enrollments through Access Health CT within active licenses, certifications, and appointments.
• Follow up on applications, verification requests, missing information, carrier or Marketplace issues, and assigned callbacks through resolution.
• Support effectuation, retention, service, coverage continuity, documentation, consent records, QA, and call monitoring.
• Support additional State-Based Marketplace states only after completing the required licensing, certification, appointment, and authorization requirements.

Requirements

• Must reside in Connecticut and hold an active Connecticut resident health insurance producer license at hire.
• Bilingual communication capability is required; Spanish/English is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on ACA Marketplace enrollment experience and practical familiarity with Connecticut Medicaid/HUSKY workflows.
• Access Health CT broker or enrollment experience; current 2027 AHCT certification and active carrier appointments are strongly preferred.
• Ability to affiliate with hirify.global without a required release, hierarchy transfer wait, or similar delay.
• Strong knowledge of consent, disclosures, documentation, patient education, complaint escalation, and compliant enrollment practices, with reliable follow-up and callback habits.

Nice to have

• Existing nonresident licenses or certifications in other State-Based Marketplace states.
• PY2026 FFM Marketplace registration or Exchange agreement for potential future federal-platform support.
• Experience with Five9, EDE or enrollment platforms, carrier portals, or similar remote coverage tools.

Hiring process

• Pre-start verification of Connecticut residency, producer license, language capability, Access Health CT experience, certification, and appointment status.
• Completion of background checks, required licenses, certifications, appointments, systems access, training, and readiness checks before live enrollment.
• First 90 days include readiness and training, controlled production, coaching, QA, and transition to a full assigned Connecticut workload.
