Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: London; on-site. Full-time role with regional travel as needed.

What you will do

• Translate client problems into scalable, measurable hirify.global workflows.
• Build reusable playbooks, templates, and demonstration assets.
• Maintain dashboards, documentation, adoption metrics, and delivery plans.
• Run meeting governance by setting agendas, recording decisions, and tracking actions.
• Own the trial-to-conversion-to-renewal motion with Growth and drive measurable customer ROI.
• Coordinate feedback and product requirements with Engineering and Product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a tier 1 consultancy.
• Ability to turn ambiguous client requests into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency in workflows, data, and failure modes, with credibility when working with engineers.
• Excellent operational hygiene, including tracking, documentation, and governance.
• Clear, proactive communication with early escalation and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment and travel within the region as needed.
