Delivery Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initial scoping through implementation and end-user adoption.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to design AI solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
• Manage project development and delivery approaches to maximise customer value.
• Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business pitches and proposals.
• Develop and mentor peers while improving delivery processes and practices.

Requirements

• Experience delivering 0-to-1 AI or digital transformation projects in the retail and consumer sector.
• Experience in client-facing roles involving ambiguous situations, complex technical information, and unexpected challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with technical teams and delivering technical projects.
• Ability to assess feasibility, balance vision with pragmatism, lead teams, and solve problems proactively.

Nice to have

• Consulting services or consumer packaged goods experience.

Hiring process

• Talent Team screen lasting 40 minutes.
• Introduction interview lasting 60 minutes.
• Case study interview lasting 60 minutes, followed by a 30-minute interview with the Business Unit Director.
