Run Operations Manager (Property Specialists)

Location: London, UK. The role manages a field-based workforce performing viewings, property inspections, inventory checks, and other in-person activities.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution of the Property Specialists operating model across integrated agencies.
• Enforce SOPs, dashboards, performance standards, and service-quality metrics.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, identify risks, and intervene before service quality declines.
• Manage Team Leads who oversee Property Specialists, using standups, one-to-ones, performance reviews, coaching, hiring, and exits.
• Resolve agency escalations and coordinate with other Run Operations Managers, Heads, the UK GM, and central teams.
• Scale the function from 25+ people initially to more than 100 through a multi-layer management structure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on operational management experience.
• 3–5+ years managing 100+ people through Team Leads, coordinators, or another multi-layer structure.
• Experience in high-volume, KPI-driven operations involving a mobile workforce, such as last-mile logistics, home services, field engineering, facilities management, domiciliary care, multi-site retail, or branch networks.
• Strong experience hiring, performance-managing, coaching, and building standards across large teams.
• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, dashboard fluency, data-driven decision-making, and operational rigour.
• Based in London, UK to support field-based operations and in-person property activities.
