Senior Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Mesa, Arizona, USA, at the new office near Mesa Gateway Airport. Willingness to travel up to 10% or as required.

What you will do

• Execute the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
• Recruit for technical trades, field, service, support, and other hard-to-find roles across multiple disciplines.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to translate business needs into hiring plans.
• Source candidates through social media, job postings, networking, referrals, career fairs, advertising, and database research.
• Negotiate compensation, coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, and promote the employment brand.
• Maintain recruiting systems and applicant tracking data while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• At least 5 years recruiting trades, construction, mining, manufacturing, plant, field, service, and support personnel.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Experience with social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, HRIS, productivity tools, and data management software.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in construction, mining, heavy equipment, or engineering is preferred.
