Recruiter (SaaS)

Location: hirify.global offices in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions, from research and screening through scheduling and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles, create compelling job descriptions, and develop candidate pitches.
• Build sourcing strategies and identify candidates through research, email, calls, interviews, and social media.
• Guide candidates through qualification, interviews, culture assessment, and offer closing.
• Adapt recruiting plans to changing priorities and collaborate with the wider Recruiting Team.
• Create interview processes and plan and implement corporate events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly recruiting sales professionals.
• At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Experience with social media sourcing and running and interpreting pipeline reports.
• Experience writing compelling job descriptions and developing hiring campaign plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Ability to multitask and handle arrangements carefully and precisely.

Nice to have

• Four-year university degree.
• Experience at a foreign-affiliated venture company.
