Senior Process Improvement Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive.

What you will do

• Own and deliver a portfolio of process improvement projects with measurable annual cost savings targets.
• Analyze business processes, benchmarks, operational data, and strategy to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operations leaders to improve cost, quality, productivity, efficiency, and member experience.
• Develop and execute projects using DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, or other appropriate improvement methodologies.
• Track performance metrics, validate financial impact, manage risks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Influence and indirectly lead cross-functional teams to achieve and sustain project results.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or operations management.
• Experience planning and implementing tactical and strategic process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, project management, program management, and issues mitigation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual team and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Master Black Belt certification.
• Direct experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management.
