Project Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Liverpool, Australia

Global manufacturer of underground and submarine power cables, construction and infrastructure cables, optical fibres, copper cables, and telecommunications connectivity systems.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer interactions, including queries, quotes, and internal communications.
• Coordinate project delivery and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with customer project teams, planning, and production to create project supply plans.
• Support customer events and site attendance with the business development team when required.
• Coordinate with commercial, planning, warehouse, logistics, and production teams.
• Prepare tender quotations and documentation, and maintain project progress reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Numerical accuracy when working with tenders, project orders, and delivery schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Qualification in Project Management, Business, Sales, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
