Client Side Construction Assistant Project Manager

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Flexible activity-based work model combining office collaboration and remote work for focused tasks.

Base compensation: AUD 80,000–115,000 per year, excluding bonuses, equity, benefits, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Assist with managing, coordinating, and delivering client projects valued at $1m–$50m across varied sectors.
• Coordinate specialist consultant commissions and fees with clients.
• Prepare monthly project reports covering program, cost, risk, and quality.
• Support contract administration across a range of projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders and assist in developing, documenting, and implementing project plans.

Requirements

• Working toward or holding a project management accreditation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
• Self-motivated, with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience within a contractor or consultancy.
