Strategy & Operations Program Manager, Global Technical Enablement (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

US base salary: $136,000–$185,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the operational right hand and proxy to the Head of Global Technical Enablement.
• Design and facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly planning, retrospectives, and the OKR lifecycle across four organizational pillars.
• Govern decision logs, ownership, timelines, organizational metrics, risks, and the continuously updated business narrative.
• Lead forecasting, budget tracking, and business cases for lab environments, software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor platforms.
• Oversee platform renewals, vendor relationships, access provisioning, integrations, and security-compliant technology governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and prepare executive reviews, QBRs, briefings, dry runs, and strategic rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, chief of staff roles, or technical program management, including support for senior leaders.
• Experience managing operational technology stacks, vendors, organizational budgets, OPEX, and business cases.
• Ability to communicate at leadership altitude and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, document decisions, and drive follow-through.
• Preferred experience with cloud concepts, cybersecurity, technical labs, developer platforms, or technical enablement organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in an Office-of-the-CxO role or as a senior leader’s dedicated right hand in a high-tech environment.
• Experience partnering with customer engineering, sales engineering, or customer success organizations.
• Experience operating in high ambiguity across a distributed global organization.
