Technical Program Manager II (Cloud)

Location: Canada; remote

Base salary: 92,900–167,100 CAD/year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support.
• Support the product roadmap and maintain a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar.
• Analyze risks, develop contingency plans, and manage project dependencies.
• Identify and communicate work backlogs, guide prioritization, and track real-time milestones.
• Communicate program status and expectation changes to senior leaders using standardized methods.
• Develop and improve processes that support performance measurement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones.
• Experience with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Ability to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for working across global constituencies.
