Branch Manager - South Zanesville (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, and operational activities for the branch.
• Lead the team in achieving production goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Develop new customer relationships, referrals, internal partnerships, and community connections.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, colleague development, coaching, and resource planning.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while monitoring branch performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of sales management experience in retail banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales; or a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, communication, and presentation.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
