What you will do

• Manage the banking center’s sales, retention, service quality, growth, and profitability objectives.
• Develop and execute business plans, sales initiatives, referral activity, and client segmentation strategies.
• Build and retain client relationships, cross-sell banking products, resolve client issues, and support key customer segments.
• Coach, develop, onboard, train, and hold banking center colleagues accountable for performance.
• Schedule branch employee shifts and maintain sufficient customer-service coverage.
• Complete audits and ensure compliance with federal and state laws, bank policies, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is advanced education.
• 5+ years of banking experience with leadership, customer service, managerial, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detailed knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, computer, technology, organizational, and communication skills.
