Human Resources Operations Partner

Location: Irvine, California, United States; on-site in a professional office and manufacturing environment

Salary: $90,000–$101,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees at the assigned site.
• Manage employee lifecycle data, pre-boarding, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
• Back up bi-weekly payroll processing and support HR processes and documentation.
• Build collaborative relationships with employees and managers, resolve concerns, and improve morale, productivity, and retention.
• Support employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, performance evaluations, compensation planning, talent assessment, and succession planning.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics, advise leadership, and develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an HR certificate with 3 years of experience.
• 5+ years of human resources experience, including consulting and change management.
• Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing organizations.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement, culture shaping, conflict management, and organizational decision-making.
• Proficiency with HR information systems, preferably Paychex, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. person or lawful permanent resident, or otherwise eligible for required U.S. government space technology export authorizations; a security clearance or eligibility may be required.
