Senior Technical Architect (Privacy)

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery, advisory engagements, workshops, and expert sessions.
• Assess customer objectives, constraints, stakeholder needs, readiness, adoption barriers, and process maturity.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into recommendations for privacy processes, workflows, data, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Explain solution options, dependencies, trade-offs, and scalability implications.
• Create current-state assessments, future-state recommendations, reference architectures, process guidance, and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Support, Professional Services, and specialist teams while capturing recurring customer needs for product and enablement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, solution consulting, customer success, business analysis, transformation, or another customer-facing problem-solving role.
• Strong technical background in enterprise software, preferably SaaS, including systems, data, workflow design, integrations, APIs, or solution architecture.
• Consultative problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguity and turning complex challenges into clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive, functional, and technical audiences.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and collaborating across functions without direct authority.
• BA/BS in a related subject is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in privacy, data protection, privacy operations, privacy technology, or related fields.
• Experience with hirify.global Privacy Automation or comparable privacy-management platforms.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and frameworks, or credentials such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT.
• Experience advising enterprise customers on adoption, optimization, governance, or value realization.
• Experience creating advisory playbooks, reference architectures, enablement materials, or using Salesforce.
