Managing Architect (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland — hybrid with 3 days per week in the office; United Kingdom — remote

Base salary: €150K–€170K plus equity

What you will do

• Lead complex technical engagements across pre-sales scoping, implementation, delivery, and expansion.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing technical advisor for primarily Enterprise customers.
• Solve complex data problems and define best practices and design patterns for the platform.
• Guide customers in using AI features to maximize the platform’s impact.
• Manage project scope, resource allocation, delivery approaches, consulting partners, and workstream alignment.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to convert customer feedback into product direction and address product gaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting or project management, ideally in the data space.
• Hands-on expertise in data engineering and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Mode.
• Mastery of semantic layers such as hirify.global or Looker.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from positioning and scoping through execution.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
