What you will do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise technology strategy, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate technology platforms, products, services, capabilities, investments, and major initiatives across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, modernise, and rationalise the technology estate while reducing duplication, technical debt, operational complexity, and cost.
• Define architecture principles, standards, and governance processes, including chairing architecture review forums.
• Provide strategic oversight of technology lifecycles, platform strategy, build-versus-buy decisions, suppliers, risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Data, and Delivery leaders to align technology direction with business priorities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Chief Architecture, or a comparable senior architecture role within a complex digital organisation.
• Experience developing enterprise technology strategies, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience influencing decisions across multiple teams, products, domains, and collaborators without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystems, enterprise integration patterns, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to evaluate technology investments and platform choices from both technical and business perspectives.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience supporting Product & Technology operating model development.
• Experience providing architectural direction during substantial organisational, platform, or technology change initiatives.
