Operations Supervisor (Audio-Visual)

Location: Onsite in a hotel/convention center environment; work may take place across multiple hotel locations.

Hourly pay: $22.09–$27.07.

What you will do

• Lead daily floor operations, including equipment setup, refresh, removal, storage, transportation, and maintenance.
• Direct technician workflows, support scheduling, and coordinate staffing with venue management and Workforce.
• Meet with guests and clients, monitor events, and ensure audiovisual setups meet service expectations.
• Train and mentor technicians on venue, service, and operational standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot intermediate audiovisual equipment while resolving technical issues quickly.
• Support inventory processes, equipment security, safety compliance, and operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of audiovisual experience required.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience leading workflows and team members, with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of technical theory; external hires must complete required training and certifications within 60 days.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; a valid driver’s license is required for positions operating company vehicles, with additional DOT requirements where applicable.
• Availability for onsite work, irregular hours, on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
