General Manager - Wheels (Retail)

Salary: $45,000–$81,972 per year

What you will do

• Lead store operations, management and associate teams, staffing, training, coaching, and retention.
• Deliver consistent guest service, maintain store presentation, resolve concerns, and support community engagement.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, operating costs, reporting, profitability, and action plans.
• Oversee food preparation, merchandising, product freshness, menu offerings, and allergen controls.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, OSHA, environmental, audit, maintenance, and emergency preparedness standards.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, compliance initiatives, and daily operational problem-solving.

Requirements

• At least five years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience; full-store or multi-department leadership is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, operations management, financial performance, data interpretation, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, motivation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, merchandising, guest service standards, POS systems, reporting tools, and office software.
• ServSafe or another approved food safety certification is required within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• High school diploma or equivalent; flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or walking for extended periods.
