General Manager - San Antonio (Retail)

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; onsite retail studio role

What you will do

• Hire, develop, lead, and motivate the retail studio team through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Deliver the client experience through product demonstrations, quoting, and sales generation.
• Drive the store sales plan and maximize revenue through strategic sales and merchandising management.
• Manage visual presentation, operational procedures, shipments, scheduling, supplies, and controllable expenses.
• Conduct performance management and resolve employee relations matters in partnership with Human Resources and the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, interpersonal, listening, and people-management skills.
• Ability to inspire teams in a high-traffic environment and build trusted relationships with employees, peers, and clients.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and ability to manage budgets.
• Experience with POS systems, MS Office, web navigation, and 3-D rendering programs.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 40 pounds and follow safety requirements.
