Business Analytics Manager, Learning & Knowledge Management Analytics - Evernorth - Remote

Location: United States work at home. Fully remote for candidates in select U.S. geographies; candidates within 50 miles of Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; Scottsdale, AZ; or St. Louis, MO must work onsite 3 days per week.

Salary: $108,600–$181,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Business Analytics Advisors while balancing team workload and contributing hands-on to delivery.
• Partner with Learning, Knowledge Management, Operational Excellence, Operations, analytics, and technology stakeholders to define priorities and outcomes.
• Perform advanced analytics and develop KPIs and measurement frameworks linking learning and knowledge usage to proficiency, quality, customer experience, handle time, and escalations.
• Design and oversee repeatable data ingestion, ETL, transformation, validation, and monitoring processes across learning, knowledge, workforce, quality, and operational data.
• Guide dashboards, recurring reports, self-service views, automation, and lightweight digital applications.
• Participate in Agile planning, refinement, testing, demonstrations, and releases while communicating risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; onsite attendance 3 days per week is required for candidates within 50 miles of the specified locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, reporting, process automation, or a related discipline.
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, common table expressions, subqueries, aggregations, complex queries, and data validation.
• Experience with Python or another scripting language, ETL processes, repeatable data pipelines, analytics-ready datasets, and Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous people leadership experience.
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, cloud data platforms, enterprise-scale databases, APIs, version control, testing, or deployment processes.
• Experience with learning management, knowledge management, workforce, quality, contact center, or operational performance data.
• Experience building lightweight internal applications using Streamlit, Dash, Flask, Power Apps, or comparable tools.
• Healthcare, insurance, pharmacy benefit management, regulated-environment, or Agile delivery experience.
