Enterprise Data Analytics Consultant (Member Strategy Office)

Location: Vienna, VA, United States (Hybrid). Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $110,500-$141,600 annually.

What you will do

• Partner with business-unit and executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize data solutions that improve business processes.
• Align business-unit data strategies with enterprise data and analytics strategy, assess gaps, and support roadmap execution.
• Conduct cloud data maturity assessments and establish baselines, scorecards, and value-realization metrics.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and working groups across technical and leadership audiences.
• Prepare executive recommendations, presentations, quarterly business reviews, summaries, and leadership readouts.
• Support data-platform activation, change management, cross-functional initiatives, and ad hoc tiger-team assignments.

Requirements

• Experience translating business strategy into data and analytics strategies, programs, and initiatives.
• Consultative experience working with business leaders and aligning stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, design KPI and metric frameworks, and translate quantitative findings into action plans.
• Knowledge of change management, organizational development, analytics deliverables, cloud platforms, and enterprise analytics practices.
• Advanced verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience; U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Strategy or technology consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Agile, Databricks, Power BI, Python, Apache Spark, and SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global operations and objectives.
• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
