Manager, Facilities

Location: College Station, Texas, United States; onsite only. Remote work or work from an alternate location is not available.

Starting salary: $86,910.48 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Oversee routine, preventive, and planned facility maintenance issues.
• Coordinate departmental moves, building access, and day-to-day facility operations.
• Manage after-hours emergencies and support emergency management activities.
• Work with Facilities Coordinators and their assigned departments.
• Develop and mentor reporting Facilities Coordinators.
• Apply communication, organization, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Must work onsite in College Station, Texas; remote work is unavailable.
