Facilities Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Kent, Washington, United States; on-site

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience

hirify.global Corporation is developing modular satellites and space-based solar energy infrastructure for energy distribution, high-performance computing, and secure optical data transport.

What you will do

• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems and maintenance operations.
• Manage vendors and service providers for maintenance, security, janitorial, and specialized services.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, fire codes, environmental standards, and other applicable regulations.
• Lead access control, surveillance, emergency response, and facility security programs.
• Plan facility modifications, buildouts, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
• Manage facilities budgets, space planning, and workplace configuration while supporting cleanroom, laboratory, and production requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR and EAR regulations: a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
• 7+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, and other complex building systems.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience managing vendor contracts, budgets, and multiple service providers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with engineering and operations teams.

Nice to have

• Facilities experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with cleanrooms, ESD-controlled environments, or specialized laboratories.
• CFM or FMP certification.
• Experience with ITAR-controlled facility security, facility buildouts, or renovations.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms.
